Oil companies, environmentalists oppose fed rules for removing sunken oil rigs

Oil companies and environmental groups have long sparred over off-shore drilling but there's one thing the two might finally agree on: keeping scuttled oil rigs on the ocean floor as a rich environment for coral, endangered species and other marine life that have made the abandoned structures their habitat.
